From high-energy fitness classes to mindful wellness fairs, we’re transforming The Rock into the ultimate destination for your fitness journey, celebrating health at every level.   rockFit is BACK on Saturday, August 8 with YogaSix and HOTWORX taking the lead from 7:30 AM to 1PM for an epic morning of movement with classes fit for everyone! Warmup, stretch and recover with YogaSix who’s bringing two energizing, sensory yoga flows to the turf. Turn up the intensity with HOTWORX who are leading powerful, high-energy Pilates and full-body workouts built for maximum results. This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. *Guests can enhance their experience by joining us at Roca & Martillo from 10AM - 1PM for a special 3-Course Brunch only $25, that includes a complimentary mimosa for guests ages 21+.
