Информация: The hugely popular theatre group Red Nose Company brings its new production Voces -- Inner Voices to Oulu. This staged concert for two clowns and the Meta4 string quartet combines the most beautiful chamber music classics with theatrical storytelling. There will be laughter -- but you may want to prepare for tears as well. The performance is built around Jean Sibelius's string quartet Voces Intimae, but also features music from Beethoven to Saariaho. At the time of composing the piece, a throat tumor caused Sibelius to fear death. The performance takes this as its starting point. Audience comments: "Magnificent, sacred, and funny!"
