rockFit is more than just a workout, it’s a recurring community experience designed to bring San Antonio together through movement, health, and connection. From high-energy fitness classes to mindful wellness fairs, we’re transforming The Rock into the ultimate destination for your fitness journey, celebrating health at every level. Hosted on Frost Plaza at The Rock at La Cantera, April's event will feature pro-led fitness classes by COREFIT, Latin Dance classes with Esta Noche Dance Company and a local wellness fair curated by our friends at Body Concepts. After the sweat, join our community social at Roca & Martillo for an exclusive $25 3-course brunch spread, including a complimentary mimosa for guests 21+.  While this event, classes, and fair are FREE and open to all fitness levels, space is limited.
