Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, with the exception of groups and premium booths. Guests are allowed into our showroom up until 30 minutes after the show begins. We stop seating 30 minutes into the show due to the disruption caused to the performers. Late Arrivals & Re-entry: To ensure the best experience for all guests and performers, doors close 30 minutes after showtime. Late arrivals or guests who exit the building after entry will not be readmitted. No exceptions. All Sales Are Final: No refunds. No exchanges.
