Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, with the exception of groups and premium booths. Guests are allowed into our showroom up until 30 minutes after the show begins. We stop seating 30 minutes into the show due to the disruption caused to the performers. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee group seating unless your entire party arrives together. For best results, please meet in the lobby before entering the showroom. Late Arrivals & Re-entry: To ensure the best experience for all guests and performers, doors close 30 minutes after showtime. Late arrivals or guests who exit the building after entry will not be readmitted. No exceptions. All Sales Are Final: No refunds. No exchanges.
