The foundation, started by The Head and The Heart, raises money for local Seattle-based music programs and initiatives with an emphasis on equitable access to music education, and mental health resources and support for musicians. The Amphitheater is a grassy area with no permanent seats. Reserved seating is offered at select shows and low-profile chairs are available to rent on a concert-by-concert basis. This is a cashless venue and only clear bags that are 12-inches tall, 12-inches wide, with a depth of 6 inches or smaller are allowed in the Amphitheater. Small clutches that measure 6 inches by 9 inches or smaller are the lone exceptions to the clear bag policy.
